Megan Gluth

Megan joined our firm as an attorney in 2010 after moving to Portland from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Megan is licensed to practice in the states of Oregon and Minnesota.

Megan’s practice is focused on the unique needs of business clients. She offers counsel and representation to business clients; from the creation of new ventures, to issues facing established business such as employment-related concerns, the sale or purchase of a business or its stock, business succession planning, trademarks, contracts, and liability planning and protection. Megan also has a passion for the development and improvement of dispute resolution and business succession strategies for family and closely-held businesses, with the goal of preserving the close personal relationships that exist within the business. Megan also serves as a litigator for business, commercial, and other civil disputes that require the audience of the court. Megan believes the needs of our clients are best served by offering straight-forward counsel which anticipates the unique challenges facing individual clients.
